Rooms maybe compact but plenty efficient! Roof top bar was fun and lounge was quiet enough to work and have a conversation. Staff is amazing!

The Hip Arlo Soho
Sadly I only had one night at the Arlo Soho but what a night. I splurged for a terrace room and was glad I did—just a great experience having a private terrace. While it faces the entrance to the Holland Tunnel and can be a little noisy at times, I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a hip environment with lots of great places to hang out and close to numerous attractions.

Long birthday weekend in NYC
Enjoyed my second stay at Arlo... this time a 5-nighter. The Hotel is very conveniently located in the Soho/Tribeca areas and a very close walk to other nearby Downtown locations. Staff is always cordial, friendly and informative Lounges and lobby areas/bar are modern and stylish yet very warm and inviting. Rooms are small but very clean and comfortable Would def. recommend to others and would certainly stay there again

My Review
Hotel property was nice, and SoHo is SoHo. Room was small and the bed was a little too soft. But everything was otherwise comfortable and clean. WiFi in the hotel was good and the restaurants and shops below offered excellent variety.

Ok for overnight business trip, not a family
Interesting hotel. It is really a great location. I liked it had a bar, rooftop deck and very friendly staff. The rooms were clean, but TINY. No closet in the room, you hang your clothes from a hook above the nightstand, which is not long enough for my shirts to hand freely. The toilet is very close to the bed area, seperated with a glass door don't be modest. I would stay again by myself for an overnight business trip like this one, I would not schedule for a family. For $350 a night, I would hope for a closet. I did book a queen room, but one was not available when i checked in, I got two doubles, which is pretty tight for a 6'4, 240 lb guy. They did comp me breakfast at the hotel downstairs without easking, which was nice, but the breakfast was really pretty sad. The breakfast had a tray of over salty and drippy eggs, bacon and sausages, toast, bagles, a small selection of cheese and some iteresting salad and veggy choices for breakfast. They did have some small cereal boxes. I have had much better breakfasts at the Hilton and way, way better and Embassy Suites.
