Exceptional 10.0
Great location. Subway stop about a block away. Rooms are small but that was expected. Overall, great!

Good to stay
The location is really nice. Near subway the very very easy to find food and shopping. The only one thing makes us feel pity is the shower room is too small.

Very Good 8.0
Nice place, but they are totally inflexible with check in time. I was there about 40min before check in time and they could not help me.

Poor 2.0
Not worth the price, and rude staff
We wanted a room with a view and when arrived got a room with a view of the building 12inches away. We asked the staff to switch rooms and they said we have to pay a extra fee (2000yen), we agree. They did not have any car parking left so we had to leave and go find somewhere to park ourselfes. Where. We go back and asked to switch they told us they had no rooms left. We moved to the side and called hotel.com to help. Not even five minutes later they let another couple pay extra for the room they didn't have. The when we check out, we were 30 minutes late and they charged us 1000yen. Staff was very rude and pretended not to speak English and just talk to eachother in Japanese. I would recommend staying at another hotel as this one is very over priced. Bathroom is very small, beds hard as rocks, and rude staff. I've stayed at 11 other hotels in Japan this trip and these two nights we not good.
