Hotel took deposit instead pay at the hotel
Stayed 2nights but got charged 3 nights. Upon booking it was clearly mention pay at the hotel upon check out but at the time of booking either hotel or hotels.com took 1 night deposit and at the hotel also took 2nights so total 3 nights paid. No one took responsibility. Ended up keep calling Hotels.com CS and hotel, long waiting and bound back and forth, finally will get 1 night refund but don’t know when.
