    Dated and Disappointing

I guess I had higher expectations for a hotel with an 7.0 rating on here - and for one of their "plus" locations. But overall I was disappointed. The property was serviceable but dated. I requested a room next to my friends who traveled with us and they made no attempt to accommodate that request - putting us in an entirely separate building on the 2nd floor, despite both adjacent ground-floor rooms next to my friends being vacant. The bathroom window was dingy and unattractive. The bathtub had an unsightly gouge in it. The AC was off when we arrived - so we had to sit in a warm room for the next hour until it cooled down. The beds were fair, however there was no quilt/comforter - my wife was cold the entire night. Oh, and the WiFi might as well have been non-existent - it was so slow that I ended up hotspotting off my phone. My friends room (I booked it as well) had no shower head and a broken shower rod.

    ROUTE 66 at Williams ..

The Staff and the people that clean the Motel or Hotel are Eco - Friendly. I know that many People are having rough with their stays but to me everything is all good. The Place is Old and trying to Renovate the Place and like other People say you get what you Payed For. I hope that the Management will fix the Shower its still in the old days. Need New Shower Faucet and Water coming out so thin its so hard to wash but since we're Pinoy we use Tabo and a Bucket. There's still Lots of Stuff to fix and I hope that it will be Fix Soon. But All of that our Stay is Awesome we stayed at Second Floor and No Puddle No Bed Bugs and its just that people from bottom in our room gave us a warning knock on the floor. My 2 kids we're jumping and running. Plus the Miss Kitty Steak House its in the Compound is Awesome with Live Country Music. The Outlaw Burger 1/4 Medium Rare is hella good, Mmmm . The Food There Is All Fresh. The City is inbetween Phoenix, Grand Canyon and 7 minutes to Bearizona Wildlife Park.

unhappy guest, false advertising with add

Wife and I wanted to get away for some cooler weather over the weekend. So we decided we wanted to go to Williams, Az where we have gone many times before. We have stayed here before and it has been ok nothing to rave about but comfortable. This time i decided to spring for the upgraded room because we figured it would have better bedding like it had described online. We also chose this hotel because of the pool and spa. We wanted to to lay around the pool and enjoy the day. My wife would say the main reason was the hot tub. So we check in about 2:30 then decide to go get food before we take our luggage up to the room. We get back and bring our stuff up to find the room was no different than any other room we have stayed in at this hotel before, so this is supposed to be upgraded..... yup according to them. The bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed i have ever slept on. The Shower/tub was filthy and so was the refrigerator. Now let me get to the pool and spa, both were so green that it has to have been neglected for weeks now. So no enjoying that, if we had swam we would probably have gotten very sick. This trip was a complete disaster due to our accommodations. We will not be staying here again when we come back to Williams.

The floor in the room had not been mopped and who

The floor in the room had not been mopped and who knows when we were there 30 minutes in all four of us had beat his black as coal. We also called because the room above us was up all night like some kind of party going on banging and trashing around so yeah I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody

    Close to adventure!

The staff was amazing, the rooms were okay, they were clean. They changed sheets and towels daily. They could use new towels and linens. They have a great steak house. They are close to the Grand Canyon, Bearizona and Deerland.

Worse 2.5 ⭐️ ever. Should be less than a 1⭐️

Terrible premium room. Not sure this is any upgrade. I’m itchy just thinking about having to stay here. That we decided to sleep in the car instead. Worse room I’ve ever seen fir a 2.5 star hotel. I’d say it’s barely a 1. And should be a motel. Not a hotel. The bathroom wall tile is half done. Toilet paper holder is broken. The top. Let me tell you the tub is nasty and old. All the pillows and sheets have stains. Disgusting. Do not stay here. The pictures don’t display how nasty it was It’s worse. Of course they are “full” can’t move us rooms. And they do not give refunds. Such Bull. I’ll be complaining to hotels.com. Then my bank till I get refunded. Save YOUR MONEY. we stayed in the past at the best western in Williams. That was luxury compared to here
