Great family overnight stay- lovely staff!
Great for a family overnight stop. Lovely friendly service, apartment comfortable and much larger than we were expecting. Access to indoor pool included. Short walk to Beaune town centre. NO old person smell, in case anyone was wondering! In fact nice to see and say hello to people who reside there.

RETIREMENT HOME NOT A HOTEL!!!!!!
This property is NOT A HOTEL - It is a RETIREMENT HOME! I repeat... THIS IS A RETIREMENT HOME that rents rooms. It is a long walk to the main areas of Beaune - an easy walk, but not super close. It has no traditional hotel service because it is NOT A HOTEL! We stayed in a 2 bedroom and the space was great, but we had children and were very nervous about them being bothersome to the residents. Luckily we didn't spend much time there.

The room had everything we needed: 2 beds for 4 people, full kitchen, A/C. We only stayed 1 night so we took breakfast for 8 euros each. It was excellent. We would stay here again!

Well situated, only 10 min walk from town centre; set back off the road so very little traffic noise. Staff very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. The only caveat we have is that we were led to expect room service which did not happen. Do not know whose responsibility is for the discrepancy.
