Disappointing
Inn needs some TLC. Looks like it is not being maintained . Vegitation growing in rain gitters.Shower doors in room were broken. Bed comfortable. Spacious. No view of water as advertised. Blocked by trees and homes. Breakfast decent but self serve. No interaction with staff at check in or out.

Nice B&B!
Nice B&B in Charlottetown. Great location for walking this small city. Room was spacious, bed comfortable, and breakfast satisfying. Only drawback is lack of sufficient on-site parking which didn’t affect us, but we could see other later arriving guests didn’t appreciate.

Great headquarters for a couple of nights in PEI
We loved the location just three blocks walk from downtown and eatin. Btw, Charlottetown has a culinary institute so great cooks in town, one block from Beaconsfield, an interesting historic home and a couple of blocks from the harbor walk. Beautiful edifice and pleasant room. The bed with some tendency to roll you to the middle and noisy was our only complaint. Great shower. Good breakfast.

Victorian comfort for a small price!
The manager on duty was very pleasant and we chatted one night on the porch for a bit. He made us feel very comfortable. The porch itself was very comfortable; and we spent time there one of our two night enjoying a bottle of wine! The breakfast was nice, the bed was cozy, even in our very small but comfy room. We could easily have sprang for one of the bigger rooms, but we enjoyed the very fair low price for the smallest room! ;) I even played the surprisingly playable guitar in the livingroom!

Don't stay here.
Very old house. We got stuck in the worst room because the innkeeper gave our room away. They didn't bring the switch to our attention until I brought it up after seeing the condition of our room. I had to ask and finally was told they would refund Us the difference between the original room and the one they stuck us with. The room had the smallest shower ever and the water went from freezing to scalding with just a small touch. I'm starting to think the whole is a bait and switch.
