Not for the price
I booked this place based on the reviews, but I am sort of confused as to how they managed to get such high scores considering nothing worked very well in my room, and the mattress is like sleeping directly on a box spring. I was so excited to soak in the giant tub, but the plunger didn't work at all, so I didn't get a chance to try it out. Water pressure in the faucets and shower is non-existent. The office staff was lovely, but housekeeping was seen more often than not, sitting in the foyer of my building, face-planted in their cell phones. Floors in the room were not clean at all; one trip across the bathroom on the bath mat showed black muck on the towel. Absolutely disgusting. Oh, and we had ants, big time, coming in through the a/c unit, crawling all over the little chaise and the sink and coffee area. I get that the rates were inflated for January and the festival in town, but almost $400 a night for this place is just not worth it.
