2 blocks from the beach.
We were only there for one night and it's off season. The outdoor Pool doesn't open until Memorial day weekend usually so even though it was a beautiful day we couldn't use the pool but we weren't expecting that. Only a few cars in the parking area beneath the main structure. Didn't see an outlet to plug in my EV which would have been helpful as the nearest Tesla Supercharger was about 8 miles away. Place looks well maintained. Pretty nice unit with large bedroom a modest living room area and a small but functionally equipped kitchen. Also a nice balcony but no view of the ocean 2 blocks away because of buildings and trees. The place was clean and they mentioned that the rooms on that floor had just been refurbished (painted and the carpet and furniture looked new). Only issues were that the mattress was somewhat softer than we like and the shower, while good hot water and volume was down a little low for me (I'm 6'2") so had to bend a bit. It's one of those hand held shower heads so I could have taken it out but didn't bother. All and all it was a nice night's stay.
