I love the hotel. The decor, the cleanliness. They are completely customer focus. The service is amazing. Also the location in the Historic Center make it very convenient. The Breakfast and the Cafe Central, are very good. Kind of Mexican high end food.

4 nights in CDMX
Warm welcome from all the staff. We had a room with balcony and city view; the double glazed windows provided quietness. Place is very clean and the room amenities were above average from free drinks found in fridge with some snacks as well as the wine offered. Every floor had a fridge with complimentary filtered water bottles. The coffee shop, open 24 hours, had complimentary drinks, soups, yogurts and sandwiches whichbwas amazing coming backbto after a busy day if you did not want tobgo out for dinner ( tips were well appreciated). Complimentary breakfast was fine, nothing fancy, but it was practical to have available (hard working staff, always friendly). We also were able to schedule our Covid test to return to the US and to have it done in the comfort of our room.Reception staff the printed our certificates. It was our first time in CDMX, we are planning to return and will stay again at this place! The only thing ,if we had to critique, is that we were not offered the walking tour that was included, but it did not really affect us as we did our own :) We definitely recommend this lovely hotel.

Really recommend this place!
Great location, in the middle of everything! Service is above and beyond, very receptive. Breakfast is amazing! Free food in café is good, but you have to wait for it. Only one issue i've had - air conditioner is too noisy, but you can switch it off (like i did) LOL. Also they do provide a free walking tour and it was awesome also!

The hotel provided an ideal location in Mexico City's Historic District and their facilities were modern, attractive, and clean. Furthermore, the staff was outstanding and the many amenities that came with the cost of the room were a pleasant surprise, i.e. a 24 hour Coffee Cafe, full breakfast, unlimited bottle water, and a small but adequate workout room. On the negative side, our room was a bit small and the bed mattress a bit soft for our liking. Yet, neither of these issues would stop us from returning. We highly recommend Historic Central to anyone who wants to stay near the Zocalo at a reasonable price.
