good value for money, clean and comfortable beds. Staff - Is upsetting when I politely with a smile on my face tell the receptionist I have a reservation and he replies "check in only 3pm in a voice that I have committed a crime"(was 13:40 by the way) lol. no "Hello" nothing. mad !! got back after 15:00 and was a different girl this time. me with the same friendly approach, told her I have a reservation which she reply "Passport" and that was the first and pretty much the only word coming out of her mouth. it is a killer mood for any backpacker having such a reception. it's meant to be our holidays. working in a hostel in not for all so quit. give job to someone that actually enjoy welcoming travellers and make their day. just saying.

the reception is good. The reception are willing to help others for any issue. The clean up people will clean the room, the lamp, the kitchen, and change the bed sheet. There are two clean up people and they do good job to clean up, and refresh the kitchen. I appreciate their clean to do the detail and good clean job. And the reception people are so welcome with smile to help passengers, and provide information. I appreciate the good reception people. There are several bookshops, such as famous chain bookshop Empik and others around the hostel, and museums, and railtrain station, and tram. The location of patchwork is very close to the old town, and there is a metro i supermarket around it. Also close to warsaw university.

As titled. Bars and restaurant downstairs, quite noisy, but it's managible with closed windows. Free ear plugs at reception too. The floor is dirty though, everything I placed on the floor became dusty. I slid my backpack under the bed too and it came out full of dust. The toilet is small, smell a bit like many other hostels in Poland but quite clean. Got washing machine, pay at reception to get token. It's not allowed to use after 9pm The staff has a good sense of humour. Memes and interesting signs in kitchen, toilet and shower room. Was in 10 people room and 70% full, didn't feel too crowded In general, everything's alright

I actually missed my flight and was unable to enjoy the overnight comforts of the hostel. However since it was the only address i had in warsaw i still passed by in hope of getting a shower and a rest. the staff were so accommodating i could not even broach the subject of the refund. i showered, enjoyed wi fi, left my luggage stored while i went exploring...got much information about the very informative, hardworking front office staff and then i left. i would definitely book here again when in warsaw.

The room was not the one I ordered. Feels like a prison cell. Showers and WCs in corridors. With frosted glass and nowhere to have privacy or store your things when taking shower. This place of for construction workers who drinking around the clock every where. Low service friendliness from staff.
