The check in desk lady was not very helpful and somewhat unfriendly. Not sure if it was a cultural difference to be fair, but she didn’t offer any assistance when we were struggling with a couple of things in the hotel. We have traveled throughout Europe and haven’t experienced this type of interaction. The room was okay. The counters and tables haven’t been wiped down in a few uses. They were sticky and has some weird residue. Good thing I brought wipes.

It was clean and conveniently located across from the train station. Short walking distance to a lot of great locations. Lindt chocolate museum being my fave lol

Rediculous bathroom water drain. Poor air-conditio
Water won't drain automatically (drain port at higher level). Room heating device malfunction.

Good location, clean, noisy, no air
Hotel was in a good location and it was clean. Front desk receptionist was rude and there was no air conditioning. Outside noise didn’t bother me but it was very noisy at night and we had to keep our windows open for some air.

No AC but they have us a fan. Elevator was broken so we had to carry our luggage down the stairs. Breakfast was pretty good.
