Air conditioned
The room was air conditioned which was a welcome bonus. The bathroom was very small, and the shower had mold in the grout. Close to a coin laundry, they do not have one on site eventhough the description said it had.

Exceptional 10.0
great place to stay
Friendly staff, good service, clean room, AC working just fine (which was great since it was quite hot outside). Only complaint would be that the electric radiator in the bathroom was malfunctioning. It got incredible hot sometimes even thow target temperature was set to the lowest value. Hotness in the bathroom was not a problem for me, the problem was more that I burned my leg a little on the radiator... Anyways, the overall stay was still super nice to me :).

Poor 2.0
I was very disappointed given the fact I stayed a week and the AC was not working at all meanwhile every day the hotel said it will be fixed and they refused to reduce the cost or refund to find another hotel. I travel extensively due to my work to Geneva and this was the most unpleasant stay I have ever had.

Poor 2.0
Worst hotel experience of my life
I travel for pleasure and work all the time, averaging 80-100 days a year in hotels across Europe, the US and Asia. I stay in both normal hotels (3 stars and above) and premium hotels, so i am used to what is expected and normal in hotels without having too many expectations. I arrived in Geneva during a hot summer day. When arrived at the check in desk, there was only 1 person checking in guests. He did not even care that I arrived, he kept on speaking in Portuguese to some other random people, looking at his cell phone and commenting completely ignoring me. I waited 20 minutes, after which i told him i needed to check in. The lobby was old and extremely hot. My check in was long and uncessesarily difficult, with the machine printing the key card not working at first. I finally made it to my room through the only one elevator, which is super small and old (it does not feel too safe either). The room was dated, and extremely hot. I tried turning on the air conditon but it did not work. I called the lobby but no one picked up. I called again 5 times and no one picked up. I went downstairs and after waiting another 10 minutes, the guy at the reception told me in a rude way that the air condition was broken for the whole hotel and there was no ETA on when it would be fixed. He did not apologize or offer any refund or else. Also, no internet in all rooms, poor and super busy breakfast, rude staff. Avoid at all costs.

.!!! AVOID THIS HOTEL IF YOU CAN
Very bad hotel. When i get to the room really it was maximum 6 square meters with 2 cm thick hairs on the floor. I ve told the reception i would call the health department of Geneva and they changed my room. I wanted to leave the hotel accepting to pay 1 day penalty but they refused and sad they will charge the 3 day which was the original reservation. I felt like dealing with scammers. Mattress are maximum 10 cm thick and old . its impossible to have a good night sleep. Avoid the hitel if you can. I stay about 100 nights a year on hotels due to my work for years around the world. This hotel on top 5 worst ones.
