It was super sad that it claims itself as a 5 star hotel. Multiple body hair was found on the sheet. Pillow case had stains on it. Definetly house keeping didn't change the case and sheets. Start from 9am, door knocked multiple times to check whether she can come in to clean up the room, even the sign was on the door. During check out, totally no apologies about all the being. FYI, no coffee machine/ water boiler in room too! Cleaness and service even worse than a 3 star hotel.

The restaurant wasn't open. That was a bit of a disappointment. Friday and Saturday are nights where the bars are hoping. The front desk and the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Looking forward to a spring/summer stay.

Trendy hotel.
The Williamsburg hotel is a trendy hotel within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Lobby, bar and public spaces are beautiful and well maintained. Overall we enjoyed our stay there with some negatives. We arrived about an hour earlier than the 4:00 check-in and were told our 2 rooms will not be ready until 4:00. While waiting in lobby for a while I continued to see guests being given their rooms. I finally go to desk and share that and what-do-know rooms were ready. SO that gave me a bad taste already. Rooms were small and shower is not private from guests in your room. Plus no coffeemaker a minus.
