Great !!!
The room was nice and comfortable exactly what I needed for a quick trip to Boston. The check in process was not the best, but I don’t judge as there were a new people being trained at the front desk. I was accidentally put in to someone else’s room which could’ve been bad if they were in there but luckily everything went well!

Let anyone else check you in but Alba
This place is budget friendly because Boston is so expensive these days and it's pretty clean in terms of just having a place to keep your stuff and sleep and spend your day elsewhere. Justin on the overnight staff was great and so patient and another gentleman who was from the South and younger women staff went above and beyond I wish I got their names. Unfortunately my trip was soured by someone named Alba who needs to quit because she's clearly unhappy. I needed to extend my check in so I waited in front of the desk while she spent minutes on the computer without looking up at me. I figured that she was busy so I continued to wait but then another guest came out of nowhere to chat her up and she began joking with him while she proceeded to continue to not acknowledge me. I said to her I needed assistance and she said "oh you didn't look like you needed help" excuse me why am I waiting in front of you? She then said to me that it looked like I just needed wi-fi. I proceeded to tell her it wasn't my responsibility to enforce her to be polite and do her job and ask if I need assistance. She got defensive and said she wasn't going to check me in. I get working sucks but you're not supposed to take it out on guests because you're on a power trip/ being lazy. I hope she finds herself a place where she is better suited because she brought down the vibe of her fellow coworkers and the overall nice space. Some people just spread their misery and Alba is one of them. Avoid her.
