Great front desk
Front office extremely helpful. Bath dated and tub worn. Could use staff during the breakfast time. Tables dirty and no one available to clean them. Empty containers and it was an hour before the service time was supposed to end.

The first room we were put in smelled like cat pee, they said they were moving us to another room, once we got to that room the air conditioner would rattle and make a loud noise randomly. It was almost 100 degrees outside and everywhere you went in the hotels seemed to have tge heaters on aside from the bedroom. When we checked out and told the check out hostess she seemed not to care as if she already knew.

Clean clean clean!
The absolute cleanest hotel ive ever stayed at! The front desk greeted me and made me comfortable with her. Only thing id say they could improve on was breakfast. They were out of alot of things several times including juice. No condiments like ketchup or hot sauce and not enough seating. But i would eat in my room any day because none of that matters as much as me sleeping in a clean room!
