Gem of a Place
Really enjoyed our stay here! Conveniently located on the east side close to the pier and the cut through to get to the beach on the west side. The service was fantastic - anytime we needed help with anything, someone was sent immediately. Love the porches that have a couch! It’s a bit difficult to find - have to go through an alleyway that doesn’t appear to be leading anywhere and it’s not marked on the map. WiFi is horrendous. Could not get through a phone call without dropping at least 4-5x. Beach bag with beach towels provided - awesome for the beach days! Breakfast was okay but even better once we figured out you could order eggs - no one tells you you can and most mornings no one came around to take our orders but there’s a sign on the table for omelettes, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything you need
Great place to stay. Low key from all the other bigger resorts. Being on East Railay was nice because it was a little quieter and everything is such a sort walk. The hotel staff was so nice. We were able to check into our room earlier. Also, they helped call and confirm that our bus booking worked. The reastaurant and happy hour was great too. Live music every night. The rooms are really nice but a tad interesting layout. You can see into other rooms on the balcony and the shower and toilet are open to the room but I think that is really just Thai standard. They provide you with beach towels, a beach bag, and two bottles of water everyday.

Nice hotel. Close to everything. Cleanliness could use some improvement.

We were only here one night but if we go back to Thailand we definitely plan to stay here longer.

Okay
Had an okay but not great experience here. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are pretty nice. Some issues though---no outlets near the bed. That one was annoying to charge phones and use them at the same time. As well as when we got there, about 20 minutes after getting into our room water started pouring out of the AC unit and splattering all over. They did send someone to fix it but the water was barely wiped up and then left. After asking to have it cleaned they just had someone come mop and leave which didn't really solve the issue. They weren't able to offer us another room as they were fully booked which was a bit frustrating although I understand that they didn't have another room to move us to. The hardest part of all of this was that the man working at the front desk did not speak English well so it was difficult to communicate. I'm not one to expect random people in another country to speak my language but in an incredibly touristy area I would expect those in customer service at a high quality resort to be able to communicate with customers. Altogether I would give the resort another try as I think the issues weren't unfixable and it was a beautiful hotel.
