Glenmoor By the Sea

we have stayed here last year and this year, it has the most fantastic views of the ocean from any place you could stay, we love it, hosta are very friendly, I will return next year, god willing,

We had a wonderful time here with our two children ages 8 and 13, especially during this time of Covid. We had a private cabin that was clean and modest. Our own private balcony to enjoy a drink. Breakfast was delivered to our door every morning. We enjoyed exploring the very rocky beach a short walk from our cabin. We collected seashells and enjoyed the amazing views. Bring your sneakers you can swim here. If you want to swim the small public beach is a short drive down, very easy to get to. There are a couple restaurants there too but they closed at 8:00. We used the pool right on site and it was also very clean. We enjoyed dinner and exploring the town of Camden one night. It also was short drive down the road in the other direction. We also enjoyed the on site amenities like the fire pit and lawn games. If you are looking for a relaxing, carefree getaway, away from it all this is a wonderful place to go.

We really enjoyed our stay. The separate cottages were clean and I had confidence that Glenmoor was taking the pandemic seriously. The breakfast that was dropped off was quite good.

The overall property needed some upkeep. Desks and stairs needed painting, leaves needed raking The Tao water was milky and we needed to get water over in the lobby area. Our friends said they were killing flies and mosquitoes in their room. The mattress was very thing and only slightly soft. The view from our deck was very pretty. The foliage and ocean made a lovely picture! We always ask ourselves, “ would we go back?” The answer is no.

We chose the ocean view cottage and was not disappointed. The view was incredible and the cottage was spotless and very inviting! We will be visiting again!

It was perfect in so many ways! I loved that it has access to the beach/ocean.

Very nice family owned , and had water views. The breakfast was very good, and we all enjoyed our stay very much, as we had rented 2 rooms, for my brother and his wife, and ouselves!! Very enjoyable place to stay, clean, quite, comfortable, and personable stafff!! Some accomodations were cabins right on the water.

Such beautiful views!! Loved the homey touches! The room was spacious, beds were comfortable, had the extras...hairdryer, ironing board and iron, plentiful storage and shelf areas, nice deck, and slider door. The best were the homemade breakfast casseroles, waffles bagels, yogurt parfaits, scones, juices and coffee! A lot of space to walk around.... 😃Beautiful breakfasts on their porch!

This is a great property. Everything was perfect, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Just what we were looking for during our tour of Maine.
