Great service, uncomfortable bed
Great friendly staff, good service. The room was clean. The mattress, however, was not firm enough and it slanted to one side of the bed, making it difficult to sleep.

Short Break in Canterbury
This guest house is Fantastic!! I wouldn't change a thing. The rooms were spotless and the staff here is Wonderful! There is a hot breakfast downstairs in the a.m. The property itself isn't far from the station and is only a short walk from the coach station. I can honestly say the only thing that I may have done differently this trip was take the train vs. the coach from London. I hope that my fiance and I can return to this location in the near future. We had a Wonderful stay!!

Delightful B&B - everything perfect
Delightful b&b, will go again, slept like an angel in perfect white sheets, the room decorated simply, restfully, so quiet with view over gardens, friendly owner & charming woman who cooked breakfast. Only improvement would be a small fridge in room.

Okay, but expensive for what it is.
Expensive for what it is, but it was graduation season... we were staying as our daughter was graduating next day so did not appreciate the landlord (master of the house) complaining about being so busy because of the graduations. If it wasn't for the uni ceremonies, I suspect he would be out of business very quickly! No evening meal available but breakfast was good. Very limited parking. Thankfully, unlikely to need to stay again.
