You get what you pay for..
An average hotel with a fair price. The room did not smell of cigarette smoke or disinfectant ~ and that was refreshing. Asked for extra pillows and got only 1, without a pillowcase. Sheets were horribly outdated and full of burn holes; same with blankets. Recommend taking your own bedding!

Smoker's Paradise
While the room was supposed to be smoke free and there were signs everywhere that threatened fines for smoking in the room, it absolutely reeked of smoke. We asked for a different room but the other one they offered reeked of mildew so we stuck with the smoky one. I kept my bags in the car to prevent my stuff from smelling. There were cigarette burns in the sheets and pillow cases and cigarette ash in the track of the windows. The plumbing in the shower was loose and for the life of me could not get the water temperature to stay consistent. It kept fluctuating between scalding hot and tepid. I wish we would have paid an extra $100 for a room at a respectable establishment. But if you are a smoker, you probably wouldn't mind this place since apparently, they don't actually care if you smoke in the non-smoking rooms.

A clean little motel. No extras coffee ext.. Burn holes in the sheet but was replaced very quickly when I brought it to the motel staff.

Location, location, location..and price!
This is the most convenient motel for visits to my brother's family. And for about half of what most motels cost! Be warned, tho. It is a 'bare bones motel'. If you want microwaves in the room, forget it. If you want coffee makers in the room, forget it. If you want ironing boards or hair dryers, forget it. If you are satisfied with a motel providing a bed (king size), and a bathroom, and for about half the cost of most motels, then I strongly recommend this establishment. It was also in a very quiet location.

Old smokey comforter.
Spend the extra amount to go somewhere else. The worst part was the old blankets and comforter which still smelled of old smoke, and even had cigarette burns in them. The walls were thin, so you get to enjoy listening to your neighbor watch TV at all hours. The staff at night was courteous, but the staff in the morning couldn't be bothered to unlock the front door at checkout.
