It was a pleasant stay. There were some incidents(phone not ringing, water leaking under the sink), but they were promptly taken care of by the staff. Breakfast was included with our stay, and it was excellent. The only drawback I can think of is the noise coming from the hallway. The hallway floor is marble and you can hear people walking outside the room. Overall, we are happy that we chose Harvest.

During our 2-week stay, staff at all levels was excellent & comparable & in cases better than those at 5-star hotels we have stayed at including Hilton, Embassy Suites, and a couple we stayed at in Manila. I greatly appreciated very helpful communication from reservation account executive prior to our booking/stay. Front desk help was always helpful & accommodating. Friendly guardsmen were ever present to greet us at the front door. Restaurant staff was attentive. Housekeeping was also polite in hallways & quickly responsive when we asked for things like extra shampoo, soap, coffee packets and water bottle. I would highly recommend Harvest and will definitely book again for our next staycation.
