Long walk to Vatican
This place is okay if you are only touring Vatican City. However, it would still be a long walk from this B&B. There is a train station which is 15 minutes walk. Make sure you buy food outside as there will be no 24 hour guest service here. You'll starve to death. You can't eat inside the room, so make sure when you return to this place to rest at night, you've already eaten. If you want to tour Rome, I suggest you look for a hotel near Termini. This place is really far from Colloseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, etc. Although, there are several bus stops around this place, still not a convenient area to go around Rome. The lady in the front desk with a short hair doesn't speak English. However, there is one lady named Mariana, who's very fluent both in Italiano and English. She saved our stay in this B&B. She should be the one receiving guests and should get promoted, like really pay her raise. She's awesome and booked our cab very early in the morning. Checked on us and made sure we made it to the Train Station going to Pisa. Breakfast is ordinary crackers and cereals. On my 2nd day, I couldn't take it that I went out to the cafe beside this place and ate breakfast. There is a grocery store 5 steps from this place but closes early. Make sure you read the check-in times as there will be no one attending to you at night. Download VIATOR for airport to hotel drop-off to make sure you arrive the hotel right, safely and no other extra fees.

Non English speaking staff do it is difficult for English speakers. It is clean but more like a hostel than a b&b. Breakfast is just a few packaged things. All our luggage was stolen in the middle of the day in the parking lot. According to police, this area has a lot of theft and car break ins

Really enjoyed staying there. If you think of booking a room there be aware that the latest check-in time is 18.00. Really helpful.

Not recommended
I am afraid that this was not a good stay. We booked for 3 nights but only stayed for 2. There was a sewer smell in the room that we reported and asked to change the room. However they used air fresher but the smell was still there. Only 1 member of staff spoke english. We tried to get directions via email but they did not respond. We got a local person to ring for directions.
