這次入住被安排在最邊間，邊間到看不到房門的那種，感覺不是很好，飯店裡面有一種潮濕的味道應該要加強除濕。
很棒! 房間很乾淨也很安靜,早餐的選擇也很多,服務人員都很親切. 仔細留意一下飯店的擺設跟說明,會發現是間很精緻又細膩的飯店! 下次如果有去安平會想再住這間!

舒適的入住體驗
房間很大很舒適，特別喜歡有點類似中島概念的延伸檯面，可以把東西都放在上面。浴缸很大泡澡很舒服。由於這次是蜜月旅行，飯店還特別準備了蛋糕跟卡片給我們，十分貼心。早餐超級優秀！餐點種類豐富，還有現燙牛肉湯跟虱目魚湯。而且對於防疫也是十分用心，除了基本的取餐時要戴口罩的要求以外，更是提供手套讓大家在取餐的時候配戴，讓人覺得很安心。

住房部分，給它90分，乾淨舒適安靜，櫃檯大廳服務人員素質都不錯，也夠親切。餐廳部分，晚餐粵式料理食材及製作都還算可以（但蝦餃腥味太重，鮮度要扣分），但服務人員似乎缺少溫度及親切感。早餐部分，食物種類樣式豐富，中式西式兼備，任君挑選，台南牛肉湯可打90分，但在服務方面，也是感覺人員缺乏熱情溫度，真的，很少看到星級飯店服務人員不會跟顧客互動打招呼的，有點不解。飯店綜合評分，因為餐廳食材鮮度以及服務人員熱誠不夠，要稍微扣分，所以給它82分。

Good service, good view of the canal of National Park. Beautiful sunset with tides up-and-down. Nice Chinese and Japanese food, especially Teppanyaki with lobster and steak and last dessert of thin bean egg roll, delicious.

全家人的住宿經驗愉快，此次入住的房間寬敞，床鋪軟硬適中，房間整潔度非常棒，設備新穎，服務人員非常親切！唯一美中不足之處，是隔天到餐廳享用早餐時，服務人員引導我們入座，但是可能沒有擺放任何牌子，或是在餐廳門口有備註，當我們取餐回到座位上，原先的座位已經有其他人入座，所幸向服務人員反應，很快又為我們安排新的座位！小小建議未來在自助式餐廳的座位安排，可考慮使用桌牌，作為已有人入座的標示，會更完善喔！

寬敞舒適的住宿空間值得多住個幾天
1.旅館外有一條應該是台南市政府所建設的步道，延著鹽水溪和州平路之間可以散步其中相當的舒暢。但是要小心步道上會有樹上掉下來的種子，它是圓圓的丶小小的，人一不小心踩到的話就會整個人摔的四腳朝天相當的狼狽。建議Crowne Plaza的服務中心人員若是有旅客要去步道上散步的話要提醒旅客能夠注意地上的堅果類物品，不要摔倒了。 2.彩豐樓可能是生意太好了，除夕夜(2/11晚）一直都訂不到位置，但是就是看到餐廳內滿滿的都是人們在用餐，內心很不好受。終於丶終於在大年初一的晚餐向彩豐樓表明是飯店的住客之後(且是因為有客人退了訂位之後〉總算坐上了彩豐樓的餐桌上，但是一要點菜，要什麼菜就沒有什麼菜，最後只能勉強點到：娃娃菜炒大蒜、煎黃金豆腐丶酸辣例湯丶明蝦粉絲煲(今晚的主菜)丶外加二碗白飯、真的是很失望，這就是傳說中的「彩豐樓」嗎？ 建議：要讓客人上你們的桌，就要有大菜來滿足客人的胃，No excuse !

房間很乾淨，有自己的平面式地下室停車場，接待人員很親切，同行的朋友隔天生日是接待人員自己發現的，還特地送了塊蛋糕冰在冰箱給我們，值得推薦，CP值很高！

舒適的大飯店，大部分人員服務態度也很好，元素晚餐的生魚片品質很好，不過浴缸中留有前一住戶之頭髮，另外兌換贈送飲品時女性工作人員態度不大好，有點不符合五星級大飯店的感覺。

地點距離安平老街非常近，而且住宿提供交通工具腳踏車10分鐘內可到達。或者玩飯店設施一整個不需要出去也有吃有玩，值得再次光臨。

我們被安排在15樓，景色優美，房間相當大而且乾淨整潔。 除了早餐，晚上也在飯店內用餐，餐點都相當美味。 可惜行程緊湊，不能多停留幾晚享受當地的悠閒生活。下次來安平，這裡還是會是首選。
