Franz was helpful, always polite and friendly. He let me print out our cruise tickets. Great location. Walk to the coliseum and forum. Lots of restaurants nearby. Easy access to the metro and only two stops from the Rome Termi station.

Charming & convenient
Emerging from an ancient lift, the newly renovated BnB was a great surprise. Tho I had forgotten to inform them that I was arriving 8 hours earlier, I felt very welcomed by Franz who proceeded to immediately clean my room. The room was large, more than adequate, and the bathroom modern. Only one con - the road was v noisy from the sound of ambulances servicing the Hospitals nearby but when I closed the windows at night (there's air-con) the traffic noise was cut out. Great place!

Beautiful, charming and wonderful staff
Beautiful room with above and beyond helpful staff. Yes the location is slightly noisy but that is Rome. It is quieter than most parts of Rome. The breakfast is simple but if you want more you can for 7 Euros. The Mernava Cafe/Bar is where you get your breakfast and the staff are lovely. You are 10 mins to the coliseum. Please note you can get to the apartment via metro to Manzoni or Dan Giovanni. Really easy to find. Lovely room extremely clean and brand new facilities

Good short break in Rome
Great location, only 10 minutes of a walk from Colosseum. A few good restaurants nearby. The room was good size, well decorated and very clean. Hosts were taking good care of us during our stay. Overall everything you need during short break in Rome.

Staff is welcoming, helpful and very friendly. Room was very clean and bathroom spacious. The only things that I would change are that the breakfast should be more divers, the comfort of the bed (mattress too ferm) and the environment was a bit noisy (ambulances sirens all night long).
