The staff was so accommodating and helpful for anything we needed. Breakfast was delicious. Unfortunately the restaurant was being renovated so we were unable to enjoy that amenity, but everything was excellent.

The staff were amazing and so helpful! The hotel was exquisit, simply beautiful, and in a great location. Walkable to shops, dining and attractions. The restaurant and bar were under construction and not open during our stay, which was disappointing, but overall I would give this hotel 5 out of 5 stars, would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This is such a nice unexpected gem in this little town. A refurbished chocolate factory, the building itself is delightful. The staff is super helpful and the welcoming chocolates were so fun! Don’t forget about the cute rooftop bar.

6/10 Good

Beautiful hotel idea we have been several times over the past few years and this time was our first disappointment in the food which did hold a Michelin Star at one point. The staff is nice but they don't reach out to welcome. When we arrived we were booked in the wrong room. They did everything they could offered us free brunch which we appreciated but we were staying 4 nights and had to move plus our two little dogs the next day. The room was much better we learned the names of the rooms we want when we book and hope the food gets better. It was average dining to say the least. We do love the truffle bar tho its fun

A check-in I was absolutely blown away by the young lady that checked me in. Asked what we were doing that night and told her that we were dining at a certain restaurant and she went out of her way and got reservations for us without us even asking. Super impressed.
