Good. Not great.
Internet was REALLY slow, didn't work at times. I used my cellphone as a hotspot for data/internet most of the time. Other than that, the room was comfortable but not lavish. Pillows were horrible. Breakfast was good, but I wanted orange juice each morning and they didn't always have it. They were in the middle of remodeling their kitchen and it was noisy construction right next to our room. But that was just bad timing for me. I would stay here again, the location is great for my work and not far from some great restaurants.

Nice hotel near UCA microbus station
Nice hotel in the heart of Managua. Very convenient location and easy to find since it is just a short walk to the UCA microbus terminal. Hotel is in very good condition and well maintained. Rooms have good AC, hot water and large screen TV. WiFi signal was a bit weak in my second floor, end of the hallway room. Hotel staff are polite but speak essentially no English making it difficult to get directions and info on local activities.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was good, area was close to most anything you wanted, better to have a car even though some things were very close walking distance.

This hotel is fine for transit.
This hotel is in a marginal neighborhood some of the staff is well-trained and other members of the staff could use much more training. Overall everyone was friendly.

An average hotel ...
This is a somewhat better than average hotel. The staff definitely needs more training in interacting with guests. There is little to no information on local tours. They are friendly. But not particularly well informed
