The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The airline had lost our luggage after our flight and the hotel reception was super helpful in ensuring they assisted and followed up. Overall it was a pleasant experience with a fun and friendly atmosphere.

As everything was excellent, yet they are limited in dining and dont provide Iron at all. You need to remove Iron facilities from the amenities you've stated in your website.

Air conditioning did not work, so we had to leave our patio door open at night to keep room below 25degrees Celsius. As a result, very noisy. Bed had a huge sag in the middle and bedding is worn and rough. Rooms need major updates.

Eskinin her şey dahil otellerinden, otel biraz bakımsız kalmış.

Outstanding service and unforgettable Turkish hospitality. I wanted to thank all the hard working people who serve 350 people ( or so) with so much patience and kindness.

The reception gave me wrong information that costed me on full day of waste driving around to different police stations. This on a two day stay at the hotel. When I informed the reception about this they asked if I wanted a late checkout which is not a satisfying reply. Also forgot a bag in my room that was never returned/found. Called several times and took almost a week to get answer. So unfortunately not a memorable experience.

Room gets steamy and hot in the middle of the night and there is not sufficient cool air circulation.
