Everything needed in one place!
Staff was very nice and polite. I speak some Spanish which helped. Needed extra pillow for comfort and they bought a new big and fluffy one! That's customer service. Jessica, who is one of the managers, speaks english and was a huge help. Breakfast from room service was great, had Spinach Omelette with cheese, Frijoles, and fresh hand made corn tortillas. Prices were good and reasonable. You can ask for a taxi from the hotel, it costs more, but they are very safe and comfortable. Otherwise there are city taxis within one block.

Exceeded Expectations
Great Hotel, Super Friendly Service (Not Multilingual), Clean Rooms. I booked 2 rooms (Jacuzzi Suite, & Double Bed) Both rooms were roomy (Suite was HUGE) Pros: Clean, Roomy, Nice, HDTV, Easy access, Close to Main Metro Line to Downtown, Underground Garage. Cons: Poor WiFi and NO Hard Wire internet Connection in one of the rooms, No Connecting Rooms, only 3 Power Outlets available.

Time in Mexico Hotel
The stay was great, the food in the restaurant was great, the buffet was OK, the WIFI was terrible in your room the signal was constantly being lost. I had better internet in the wilderness in Puebla State !!!

The area was really bad with a lot of street hookers and the hotel was trying to charge me extra then what I booked.
