Incorrect information
The description of the hotel specifically stated it was a shower only room. However, when I arrived, it was a tub/shower combo. If I had known this, I would not have selected this room.

Excellent location, Nicolas and his mother are welcoming and helpful. Lovely room, cleaned with a fully equipped kitchenette. We hope the price will remain reasonnable as they are currently.

The Goods; - by far the best deal in Toronto! - we highly recommend this for anyone visiting Toronto for the first time! - neighborhood was clutch; the public transit system (TTC) runs virtually all through the night - the outdoor deck is super cute, especially at night time -- it faced the main road (Dundas) - the room was really well designed/furnished and lived up to the standard as a 'hipster bachelor pad'; we liked that it was recently renovated and clean - the neighborhood was fantastic for restaurants, hole-in-the-wall dive-bars if that's your style (it was definitely ours); OR walking distance to upscale and some of the hottest bars + restaurants in Toronto(!) - people in the neighborhood were super friendly The Not-So-Goods; - with the exception of our rooms, we were staying in a construction site (!!!) - the interior of the building was aggressively and visibly still under construction; doors were literally propped open with paint cans; floors were not finished; construction materials were stored away but not out of eye-sight - wifi was shotty/didnt work for most of our stay - neighbors next door (must have been a bunch of frat-boys) were so loud on the weekend nights; - the check-in process/check-out process was not seamless by any means; we didnt meet anyone, instructions were never given, we basically had to figure out our own arrangements on our own; they were hard to reach by phone
