The staff were VERY helpful and professional and NICE! The room was very comfortable and we slept very well. Right in the center of town, great location and things to walk to and see. We got a car for part of the trip and parking was smooth and no issues! We'll definitely be back!

Great Staff
The staff of the hotel is really really good. The hotel on the other hand is very difficult to find and in a shady area. The beds are not comfortable. There was dust everywhere. We had requested for a cab from the airport to the hotel and I had told them that there are 4 of us. He charged us 25$ and kept cribbing the whole time that we had 4 bags and he didn't even help us with our bags. He was extremely rude and on our return a normal mini van cost us 30 GEL( about 15$) for a much smoother service!!

The beds are rock hard. Old dog outside the main entranc barking all night. Breakfast was good and staff friendly.
