Good value
Friendly, genuine hosts. Apartment spotlessly clean, larger than expected, and with a lovely balcony. Good quiet location. About 25 mins walk into town along well lit pavements. Two large supermarkets within 5 mins drive. Would definitely recommend, and would return if we came to Rovinj again.

Nicest host, great location
The guesthouse located at a neighborhood that's 5 min drive from the center. It's quiet, safe and easy to get to. The host doesn't speak English but her son does so if you really need something you can ask him whatever you want. The host is so nice and trustworthy and really tries to help although she can't speak English. We had so much fun at Rovinj and guesthouse Santin is definitely a big part why. Very very recommended!

Nice experience
Our room was clean and tidy and the owner changed towels and cleaned the room every day. The only drawback is that the owner speaks only Croatian and German. However she is very obliging and helpful. The apartment is slightly far from the bus station if you have to walk. However, being away from the city centre makes it a very quiet place to stay. Restaurant and supermarket are just around the corner.

Our hosts were wonderful! We have two young children who just fell in love with them. They made us feel at home and were very helpful. The apartment was very clean and spacious. If we were able to ever return I would definitely rebook with here. My three year old is still asking to go back three days later.

Friendly hosts, clean and well equipped
My boyfriend and i stayed at the guest house for 3 nights as part of a 3 week trip of Slovenia and Croatia. The owner on arrival was very welcoming and with the help of her son, we got over the language barriers! We had originally booked a double room but were upgraded to an apartment which we were delighted with. The appartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Towels were also changed regularly. The location was approx a 20 minute walk into town and within easy reach of 2 large supermarkets by car. Highly recommended. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Good as far as guest houses go
As far as guest houses go, this one was pretty good. However, you still needed some form of transportation to get around to the touristic places. Internet connection was very good.

Very friendly & hospitable, great place to stay
We were hesitant to book this apartment since there were no reviews yet but were very pleasantly surprised! The owners were super friendly & hospitable. They welcomed us with a beverage and made us feel at home. We were often asked how our stay was going & how we had slept- genuine care in our experience. It is about 15-20 minutes walking distance away from city center or 5 min car ride. Apartment was spacious, spotless, well maintained & had a patio with a view of Rovinj's tower as we stayed on the top floor. Kitchen was fully equipped. Local beach is 10 minutes walking distance away. Quiet & safe neighborhood with plenty of parking and wifi.
