Convenient, comfortable small hotel
Clean, comfortable beds, modern bathroom in an older style small hotel with very convenient location to all of downtown Inverness. Picked up great coffee and baked goods at The Bakery across the street, so cannot comment on breakfast. Easy parking on the street for overnight.

Convenient to Downtown, the River and Eden Court
The room was comfortable. But walls are thin. The TV was smaller than my computer screen and up on the wall, so anything meant to be read could not be deciphered. Bathroom is tiny, but clean and functional. Fixtures all seemed new. Breakfast is traditional and they do not skimp. All in all, quite comfortable.

Lindsey was very helpful and friendly at check in! The breakfast buffet was delicious and fueled us for a long day of walking and traveling. We really enjoyed our stay!

Not a 3 star B&B
This B&B was disappointing after reading the excellent ratings it received. True, the service was friendly, but there's not much else positive about the B&B itself. We stayed in a family room. The room was very small, barely enough room to put our travel crib. The beds were not comfortable - saggy and squeaky. The rooms are very poorly insulated so that any noise from all adjacent rooms, the hallway and entry are easily heard. The doors to the rooms slam shut, which was a constant annoyance as people arrived & departed at all hours of the day and night. During the second day of our stay, the wifi was being worked on and was down a majority of the time we needed it. We were not notified by the management that the wifi would not working. There was work happening in the room next to us and in the hallway that required about an hour of loud banging in the walls and the sound of wires being routed through the walls, all during our children's nap time. The bathroom is very tiny and had a poorly functioning shower (no bath tub) - very low water pressure and the water temperature was either freezing or boiling hot. There aren't blackout curtains on the windows. The space to hang clothes is a tiny wardrobe made from laminated plywood. The location is really the only positive attribute, but there are hundreds of B&B's in Inverness in the city center area. I would not stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to families with young children.
