    Awesome! Bed was super comfy, temperature was perfect, it was clean and wayyyy more spacious than we expected. Also the kitchen was fully stocked. They thought of everything! It was a wonderful stay.

    This was probably one of the best places I’ve stayed in at nyc. The amenities are awesome, and there was little to no reason to need to leave the room since everything was there readily available. The place was roomy, and not as cramped as other hotels in New York City. They even have service to grocery shop for you (which I didn’t use). The best part was probably the staff, they were super friendly! If I had the chance, I would book again.

    Great way to make an impression

    The location is very private and quiet. There are some restaurants, but not a lot. Ordering food is easy, but there is a really nice restaurant in the building. The rooms are spacious modern and phenomenally well-appointed. The furniture and beds are comfortable along with some beautiful artistry. Hotel staff is exceptionally nice and professional. The overall pricing is very good and the place is not crowded. I would highly suggest staying here.

    Would not Recommend...

    I decided to give this place another try because the scenery last time and the big space but again unfortunately i was disappointed. At first i didn’t notice the name change but this use to be call Lyric and when we stayed last time we experienced so many problems the manager was kind though and reached out. I appreciated that but this time we encountered some of the same problems. Heat and ac broken. Slow internet service. Takes too long to connect and couldn’t get the tv to load. Desk attendant was friendly. Overall wouldn’t try this place again. Beyond it being spacious that’s the only plus.
