This resort is not only a five-star, it is a FIVE DIAMOND which means you're at one of the finest resorts in the country. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. The dining is exquisite with so many options your head will spin. The servers are educated in wine recommendations. Everyone from the housekeeping staff to the servers at the beach treat you like you are a super star. This is our second trip to the Mayacoba and we'll be back again. Ran into so many "repeat visitors" who say the same thing--this place is paradise with employees who go the extra mile to make sure this will be the ultimate vacation for every guest. I cannot say enough--the rooms are spacious and top notch in every aspect including TV, remote, incredible ensuite facilities. Do yourself a favor and book yourself the ultimate get-away. Don't cut corners because it's not worth it in the end. Forever memories are made here. Just got back and promised the staff I'd sing their praises. A true experience in every aspect.

Great service from all staff at Fairmont Mayakoba. All are extremely helpful, going the extra mile to make sure we have all that we need. The kids club is great fun, Carolina and the ladies did an amazing job in providing such a fun program for kids, they leave with a big smile on their face everyday. Thanks to Roberto as well for driving us to the beach with a big smile everyday. It’s a beautiful property, spacious and we had such a great time at the pool and beach.

The place is beautiful, the drinks were excellent and the staff were all lovely. Particularly Gabriel at the pool and Ulises who captained our boat for the tour of the waterways around mayakoba. I don't have a bad word to say about the place, we were very sad to leave.
