We had a big storm come through and an insane amount of water poured into the room from the window, which ran across the power oulet the AC was pluggedinto. Most of the room's floor was soaked. When we asked for a different room, the front desk worker stated that all of the rooms do that when it rains. The solution was to hand us more towels to sop it up. The power was out and another storm was coming through so we left after we were offered a refund. 5 days later I'm still waiting for the refund
