False advertising of the amenities
I only booked this hotel because when I used the hotels.com app it was understood that their pool was accessible. This trip was important it was for my daughter's graduation to which I only get to see one time a year and I wanted her to be able to have what you wanted which was to swim I'm very disappointed in the whole experience and I'm definitely not recommending this hotels.com app or that's a hotel to any friends and your front desk clerk was super rude in charge and he charged my card even though we never even showed up due to the fact that there was no pool and I told him that's on the phone that was the reason why we were not coming and he still hung up the phone and charge my card anyway like money grows on trees and we both know that it doesn't

When we arrived we were given a room someone else was already staying in. So the clerk obviously didn’t know what he was doing! Then once we got our room the soap/shampoo dispensers broke off the wall when my wife was taking a shower and landed on her foot! Also did not appreciate having to use an outside walk up window to check in instead of being able to check in at the desk!

Do Not Stay Here!
The hotel had no heat, supposedly no other rooms available to switch to. Ended up having to check out and move to another hotel. Would not recommend this hotel!

Hotel was dirty. Coffee pot didn’t have lid so couldn’t make coffee so had to exchange for another one. Staff very nice. Couch worn and leather peeling off of it. Doors filthy, floors dirty, grease all over walls and door. Had to have my own Lysol and clean everything. Bathroom was big. Def needs new ownership but staff were nice. People in back were loud and playing music. I parked in front because I felt safer parking up front. Close to all. Def needs an overhaul and new furniture. Bed hard as a rock. I didn’t even bother w the breakfast. I just wanted OUT.
