Shower cold faucet was completely broken so once the water got hot you couldn't take a shower without getting scalded. Employees super helpful though and coffee was really good.

When checking in and again when checking out, we had to call for the office staff to come to the office. We stood around for several minutes waiting for someone, anyone, who worked there to show up. After which, we had to call the office number just to get someone to help us. This was right at the posted check-out time. A time when you would normally expect the office staff to be present to accommodate required checkouts. The property showed it's age and dripping faucets. This was a few ticks below what was expected from the Best Western name.
