Poor2.0
Much more comfortable stays elsewhere for less
Worst stay of any hotel in Chiang Mai due to poor design. Had a standard room on the second floor which stepped out onto a common passageway. The room was exceptionally noisy particularly at night due to the movement of guests. During the day, the curtain had to be kept closed for privacy meaning the room was very dark. At night, all the lights were left on along the common passageway which meant the room was exceptionally bright (only a skimpy curtain as window covering). The room was small, dull and with only the minimum of comforts (no hand towels, no wash cloths, bathroom assessories, no tea or coffee etc). Don't go for the pool - it's tiny and has no sun loungers. Lastly there is an extensive list of items in the hotel room which shows how much you will pay if you happen to stain or damage anything. First time I have seen this anywhere and it made me slightly paranoid about using anything. In summary, much better places to stay for less money elsewhere. Good wifi and front desk staff.

Change of ownership
Really nice hotel in good area for a family of four (interconnecting rooms). Owner was really friendly and looked after us, however there has just been a change of ownership (on our last day there), so here's hoping the new owners are just as good.

The staff was all super friendly and helpful, room was clean and up to standards. Looks just like the pictures. Away from the main party scene but close to night market and old town. More of a quiet relaxed place to stay. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
