Perfect for a short stay convenient to downtown

Great hotel near downtown, convenient to walk to most places. 24-hr check-in service is why I booked here because another local hotel would not check me in after midnight, even though my flight arrived after. No-frills, but everything was clean and there is a decent refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. If you need creamer for your coffee, get it at a local store, but otherwise you're good. Staff was very friendly and I enjoyed the convenience & cleanliness!

It might have possibly been the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. A little shy on outlets by the nightstand.

The building is a bit outdated (bathroom and bedroom furniture, flooring, decor, etc). The soaps are bar soaps (doesn't lather that well) and they provide shampoo... no conditioner. My other parties that travelled with me said they had complimentary granola bars but I didn't get that. They also provide you with 2 water bottles. I've stayed here twice now and both times, the receptionists are very friendly with great customer service. As old as the facility might be, it is rather clean.

Okay.

Comfortable and cozy bed. Microwave, kettle and coffee maker was convenient. The fridge has a separate freezer component and some setting must be off because the entire fridge turned into a freezer and froze all my fruit so it turned to mush when I left. The bathroom and shower were nice and clean, and no weird odour in the room. The room had a smart tv which I was looking forward to using to stream as it had that option, however, it would not connect to the internet so had to use satellite tv, the internet was fairly slow in general. Overall happy with my stay just some annoying issues.

A basic hotel. A little rundown. But if you are a tourist spending most of the time outside, it doesn’t matter. Most of Whitehorse is walkable. No breakfast or airport shuttle.

It was a very nice hotel. It is a chinese restaurant inside the hotel but is not very good and the waitress not very friendly. The people @ the lobby were very nice. The room was very clean nice and big. I was @ the 2nd floor and I could see my motorcycle parked fron the window. I had a good night. Also I went for dinner to a very good bar walking distance from the hotel. Good food and beers

Not the place ya looking far plenty other places to stay. First they have no parking told us to park our motorcycles across the street. In front of the hotel is paid & limited parking of 2 hrs. They advertise a bar but they told us the bar closed 2 years ago. There is no coffee in the lobby for guests

A had a room on the 2nd floor, and it was some noise from people walking on the floor above. My room had carpets, so it's possible that the 3rd floor is not part of the hotel. Restaurants/lounge on site was actually an Italian and a Chinese restaurant.
