Poor Service Standard of Losary Roxy Hotel, Jkt
We checked-in at about 9.00 pm there was no doorman to help us to carry our luggage & suitcase to the room. When we checked out 2 days later at about 2.00 pm, there was no doorman to help us to carry our luggage & called the taxi. Besides, breakfast also no much choice. When the food was going to finish, no waiter to replenish the food immediately. Overall, the service standard was below 3-star hotel standard.
