Pros: Room was beautiful Very Comfortable bed Amazing design of bathroom Tv chanels are better than other hotels Personalize details by hotel SOP Room switches are easy to use. There is an usb plug to charge my phone on both sides of the bed. Table side chair super comfortable. Cons: Staff was unhelpfull Did not have the i paid $300 a night service. Customer service need to improves. Product knowledge of the hotel need to improve. No room service. Hotel is very isolated. Rooms are very far away from lift . Hotel only have one lift lobby. Bathroom heater fluctuates between the hot&cold. No bathtub. No balcony. Overall: Cleaniness - 9/10 Bed - 10/10 Staff Service - 3/10 Room - 8/10 Bathroom 9/10 Chair-10/10 Ammenities - 6/10 Location - 7/10 Wifi-10/10

the hotel is very conveniently located, near Park Universal Studios, the Sentosa express stop, restaurants, cafes, shops.

air-conditioning (it seems to be old) and the room was noisy due to near Universal Studio. Swimming pool was very small.

The room we had was an old room I think before the renovation. The phone on the desk is not working. The bathroom tile had a “not very clean looking” feeling. And especially one thing. There were no electric outlet at all in the room !! ( had to charge the phone on a reserved power bank!) Although, found out the newer renovated room has all the problems I mentioned corrected. )

We got upgraded to presidential suite with additional money but the room needed very much fixing and upgrade. We kept asking engineering to fix ie non-draining sink, non-draining shower, door not closing, ceiling wall paper peeling off,etc. however, family of 9 was happy since we got space to wander. Btw, they also gave us an additional room connecting to PS. Kudos

Upon check-in, I was given an envelope which was supposed to be a welcome package. The envelope was empty! I was also suppose to receive the coupons included in the room. I had to ask for it. When I called their attention about the empty envelope, the personnel at the front desk simply took the envelope.As it turns out, I was suppose to receive coupons for the Sentosa Express. I had to pay for two trips for three of us. I learned from the staff at the monorail that the hotel was normally gives the coupons for the trip back to Sentosa. When I asked the front desk about it, they asked me to produce the receipts for me to get a refund. The personnel at the front desk was not very helpful, to the extent that it was my fault for not asking for the tickets and for not asking for the receipts of the ticket I bought! How was I suppose to know? The hotel staff at the front desk should brief the customer on the amenities and/or privileges as guest of the hotel upon check-in.
