This is a fabulous establishment with very tastefully decorated rooms and hotel surrounds. The Guest Room is a perfect place to unwind after a days activities or a night out. Service throughout was exceptional throughout our visit. The owners"fully get" what Customer Service is about and offered useful advice on dining out, places to visit etc. A great place to stay in New Plymouth.

Hotel was comfortable and well appointed. Only issue was no where to hang towels to dry so if staying more than one night would have damp towels. Also parking is not attached to actual hotel - some distance to walk to it down back alley.
