Unhappy customer for false advertising
Hi, Just to let you know we were not happy as hotel did not have air conditioner in the room we were in and had to ask for a fan which made the room hotter when it was hot outside . False advertising in hotels .com and free breakfast included , Chris said it was continental breakfast but false again. Not happy
