We arrived an hour early and hoped to check in. We were told our room wasn't ready yet, which was fine until we saw other guests arriving and getting checked in. I asked again and Jake was ever so helpful to rearrange things so we would have a room, albeit closer to the lobby. That wasn't an issue, it was quiet and clean. Had an issue with the shower with a very slow drain and the septic, which taken care of promptly. Breakfast was wonderful as was the pool.

Ir, it was super clean very friendly staff. They have miniature golf. Hot tub and outdoor pool. The breakfast buffet was pretty good kind of standard and they ran out of scrambled eggs, but other than that the whole experience was wonderful. They gave us a two bedroom condo which was out of this world with fireplaces.

We had an amazing stay at Icicle Village. Everything was spotless, the staff was friendly, and the food was excellent.
