Great value for money!
Although the accommodation is a little run down, it offers exceptional value for money. It was very big, with ample furniture in the living and dining room (awesome dining table), a patio with tables and chairs, the beds were comfy with doonas (there was even a sturdy cot with change table for those with little ones), the laundry was fully equipped and the kitchen looked to be almost new, with a full size fridge, full oven and a dishwasher. The car park was easy to access, with ample room for parking. As a large group, we loved what it had to offer.

The TV is not working well, as it needs another control for the channels. If the manager was not there due to the hot water pipe burst, and I happened to be throwing rubbish, I would not be able to catch hold of him personally and ask for help in getting the TV channels available. There is also no spare rubbish bag available, just one was provided. I had to ask for it again and got two, if not meeting the manager then.

Location was great, so close to the CBD for shopping and sightseeing, and great coffee shop around the corner (Two Cups). Disappointed from that point on though....Reception not attended when stated - tried contacting but to no avail as not enough towels for 7 people; and NO BED for my youngest child (10 yrs) - they'd provided a baby cot despite the booking clearly asking for a bed and stating the children's ages, so no choice but to top 'n' tail with the 12yr old!!. Property quite run-down (definitely not accurately reflected in photos - especially the pool area). Overall the kitchen/dining/lounge furniture was nice, outdoor furniture in need of repair though, and the unit (3brm) could have done with a clean, particularly the bathrooms and light switches.

Massive rooms.
We stayed in the 3 bed apartment which was huge and well appointed with new kitchen and updated bathrooms. Not sure if it was because it was Easter, but reception was rarely open. Some small details let the place down - inadequate toilet paper and minor maintenance required on the outdoor furniture. Would stay again as was good value overall.
