Budget hotel with character
A satisfactory stay for one night. There was an odour of cigarette smoke but mild enough to ignore. Bathroom was clean, though dated and in need of attention. Warm greeting provided by the friendly resident cat.

I really liked the price. I travel a lot and this place is a great value. Very clean & comfy room with great wifi. Friendly staff. Super clean air & water in this small town. Fruitvale seems much quieter & safer than staying in a bigger city like Castlegar or Trail. Thank you Expedia for finding me this awesome hotel

The property was dirty. We found dirty socks under the bed and a used facecloth in the tub. We felt dirtier getting out of the shower than getting in. I would not recommend this place.
