Все хорошо, за исключением горячей воды
Гостиница новая, условия в номере отличные: номер просторный, есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Единственным существенным минусом было отсутствие горячей воды, напор был настолько слабым, что комфортно помыться, особенно в зимних условиях было практически невозможно. Завтрак, на выбор одно горячее блюдо, чай, растворимый кофе, хлеб, джем и т.д. Вполне приемлемо. В общем и целом оценка Хорошо, если бы не проблемы с горячей водой было бы Идеально.

Очень хорошая гостиница, чистые, удобные комнаты. Вкусный завтрак. В гостинице нет лифта - имейте в виду если заказываете мансарду на 3 этаже. Very nice hotel, clean comfortable rooms. Fantastic breakfast. Very helpful staff. Keep in mind that there is no elevator, however only three floors in the hotel.

I was quite impressed with Gubernskaya Hotel. Though not centrally located in the city, the commute by bus to the city center was only 5-10 minutes. This also made for a nice walk when I preferred to stretch my legs a bit. The rooms are incredibly spacious, clean & comfortable. I say this regardless of any sort "Western standarda" I'm used to or any of preconceptions I may have had. The place is truly nice. The staff was quite friendly & glad to advise me on how to get around the city. I really would recommend staying here as an excellent "bang for your buck"!!

Неплохая гостиница среди старых сталинских двухэтажных бараков. Чувствуешь себя белым господином в колониальной Индии. Шучу, конечно. Из очевидных преимуществ - практически центр города, все магазины, аптеки, кафе - в шаговой доступности. Завтрак на выбор, но большой и сытный.
