Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly, helpful and with good sense of humor, front desk personnel. Our two day stay over was very pleasant and peaceful, our accommodation was clean, well maintained, spacious and comfortable, plenty of amenities of which many we did not use, our checkout was quick and easy, so overall, we had a great time in Billings Montana, thank you for your service

Great weekend stay
We had a great experience at Best Western Kelly Inn! The hotel was clean, the staff very kind and accommodating, the breakfast was good. Fair price for a good hotel! Love that they had coffee in the lobby. Great for families with kids.

It was okay
Really loved the comfortable bed, it was quiet for the most part and the room was very spacious we stayed in the cabin fever suite. The one thing that really left a bad taste in my mouth were the calls I got the morning of check in as we were driving to town from 6 hours away saying if I didn’t pay them over the phone my reservation would be cancelled. I selected pay at property on Hotels.com as I always do and have never in the years of using this app have had this issue. We had horrible reception during the drive and had to keep stopping to try and pay them over the phone. Then when I asked if my room that I just paid for was ready for check in it wasn’t because someone had only just checked out. But I was being told repeatedly I needed to secure my reservation and pay right now or they were going to cancel us. For this reason I would opt to stay somewhere else next time to just avoid the issue all together as it was just really inconvenient when I was trying to drive and deal with the hotel at the same time. Everything else was fine liked the room, nice pool, very spacious and clean.
