We absolutely loved staying at the Pleasant Inn! The room was beautiful, super clean, and really comfortable. The location was honestly one of the best parts. It was so close to the beach, restaurants, and little shops that we ended up walking pretty much everywhere instead of driving. It made the whole trip so easy and relaxing. We’d definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Morro Bay. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable place in a great location!

I've been coming to the Pleasanton Inn for almost 20 years, and the experience gets better each time. It's clean, quiet and the kitchen is a HUGE bonus. We love that it is in walking distance of Embarcadero and Main St. We can't wait to go back.

This place is a steal, was only going to be staying for a night so really didn’t feel like paying 300+ for a room. I was coming In late, called the hotel to notify them I’d probably have a late check in. They made it so convenient, had a lock box, sent me the code and I got my key. The room itself was really clean, bed was comfortable. I stayed in the king studio so it had a kitchenette with stove, micro, toaster, dishes, and k cup machine. Bathroom was small, shower was smaller, overall, cute place.

Upon check-in I had to wait awhile for someone to acknowledge that I was there, even after ringing the bell. However, after the girl got there she was nice and told us the rules. Since it was 4th of July weekend she mentioned that room cleaning would be delayed on the 4th but if there was an emergency not to hesitate to reach out. She told us about things happening in Morro Bay which I appreciated. My family & I visit Morro Bay a couple times a year. We’ve never stayed here but this might be our go to after this. It’s within walking distance and has the space we need. The only negative is the bathroom. It’s a tiny. The shower, the toilet, & the sink. It worked for us but barely. Parking is easy and free.

The beds were comfy and the room was a decent size. Bathroom was small and needed renovation. The bathroom wall next to the toilet and shower had mold and mold around the shower.
