I don't feel like anything went wrong. But I wasn't super happy with the condition of some of the room and facility considering how much I paid for the 2 nights. The room had plenty of space for everyone. The layout could have been better but that wasn't really a big deal. One of the ac/heating units made some really obnoxious sounds when it kicked on. The bathroom and floors around the bathroom door had rust and water damage. The pool area could definitely use some TLC. The flooring paint was flaky and pieces were floating in the pool. But the temperature was perfect for my kids to enjoy their time swimming. I understand that part of the price of the room was the space of the suite and the location of the hotel in town. But having stayed at many best western hotels over my life, i expected better and wish that it had met the standard i have come to expect. I will say that the staff did a great job of checking on us and meeting our needs.

We have stayed here several times- The staff has always been very nice and helpful.. The room was clean. The hotel is so convenient to the campus, we walk everywhere- only suggestion, do not stay in room 325, it is right below the bar, very loud, moving chairs etc around.
