Not the worst.....
Staff is not cheerful or welcoming. Overall clean but needs vacuuming, dusting. AC not working in our room and problem fell on deaf ears. Advertised breakfast included but no breakfast. Had the worst coffee I've ever had.

Clean and comfortable while being renovated
We had a nice overnight stay at this hotel which apparently was transitioning from a previous franchise affiliation when we visited. Exterior renovations were underway with some litter on the pavement at the entrance. We were checked in by an extremely pleasant and helpful young lady who honored our request for a first floor room. We were actually given the room adjacent to the breakfast area, which was appreciated. Overall the condition of the room was good: very comfortable beds with plenty of pillows, modern and spacious bathroom. Wifi was good although not particularly fast. A small microwave and fridge were provided, although the cabinet looked as if it had once held a larger fridge. There were some elements that were shopworn--the lampshade by the beds was a bit beat up, the cabinet holding the fridge was badly chipped, and the carpet was unraveled in a small area by the door. These were relatively minor considerations which I assume will be addressed as hotel renovation continues. They didn't impact the comfort of our stay, which was a pleasant experience overall. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Hotel was clean but shabby. Staff was friendly. Coffee very bad. Hot water tepid. No breakfast though there is a large reception area. Some trash outside front door. Garbage pail hidden. Hopefully the hotel will clean up its act—recently converted to a new chain.

This Hotel is advertised as a Sure Stay Plus Best Western with a free full breakfast. It is not! It is a “Rodeway” and had no breakfast and cold or lukewarm water in shower at best. What a dump. Please let other customers know this hotel has changed management. Would definitely NOT recommend this hotel.
